1918kiss FAQ for Malaysian Players

1918kiss VIP members receive higher weekly cashback rates compared to regular players. Beyond cashback, VIP tiers come with priority withdrawal processing, faster customer support, and access to exclusive offers not available to general players. The more actively you play, the more benefits you enjoy.

1918kiss offers three VIP tiers with different weekly cashback rates: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.5%, and Gold — up to 0.8%. Cashback is calculated based on the previous week's gaming activity and credited automatically to your account on the designated day.

VIP tier upgrades at 1918kiss are based on your overall gaming activity record. The more frequently and actively you play, the sooner you qualify for the next tier. There is no publicly stated turnover requirement — our system evaluates eligibility based on your activity pattern over time.

1918kiss weekly cashback is calculated based on a full week of activity from Monday to Sunday. Credits are usually processed at the start of the following week. If you do not receive your cashback at the expected time, please contact our live chat support, which operates 24/7, for an immediate check.

Yes, your activity level affects your VIP status at 1918kiss. An extended period of inactivity can result in your tier being downgraded. To maintain Silver or Gold tier, make sure you play consistently. If you have questions about your current tier status, our support team is available via live chat or email.

The minimum deposit at 1918kiss is RM50 for all payment methods. This includes Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). There is no difference in the minimum limit by method — RM50 applies to all.

1918kiss accepts a range of deposit methods popular in Malaysia: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including major local banks), Boost, and cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH. All these methods are secure and supported by recognised payment systems.

If your deposit has not been credited after a few minutes, please check whether the transaction was successful on your bank or e-wallet side. Keep your proof of payment such as a screenshot or reference number. Then contact 1918kiss live chat support with that information — our team will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, 24 hours a day.

Yes, 1918kiss supports deposits using cryptocurrency, namely USDT, BTC and ETH. Crypto deposits are processed through a wallet address generated by the system, and the amount will be converted to account credits based on the current rate. The minimum deposit of RM50 still applies. Make sure you use the correct network when sending crypto to avoid loss of funds.

Account verification is part of the standard security procedure at 1918kiss. It ensures your funds are credited to the correct account and protects you from unauthorised access. The process also meets the compliance requirements of the international licensing standards we follow. Once your account is verified, deposits and withdrawals will go through more smoothly in the future.

The official 1918kiss site can be verified by checking the correct URL. Fake sites typically use very similar spellings or different domains. Warning signs include: a poorly designed layout, no SSL certificate (no padlock icon in the address bar), suspicious login forms, and offers that seem too good to be true. If in doubt, contact our support for verification before entering any information.

Yes, 1918kiss uses industry-standard SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Personal information, payment details and transaction history are stored in a secure environment and can only be accessed by authorised personnel. Player privacy is our priority under a strict privacy policy.

If you suspect unauthorised activity in your account — such as logins from an unfamiliar location or changes to details you did not make — change your password immediately and contact 1918kiss live chat support. Our team can temporarily freeze your account for investigation, keeping your funds and data protected while the review is carried out.

An OTP (one-time password) is a personal verification layer that is only valid for one session. Scammers often pose as customer support representatives to request your OTP code in order to gain unauthorised access to your account. 1918kiss will never ask for your OTP code through any communication channel. Do not share this code with anyone, even someone claiming to be from our team.

Yes, 1918kiss supports two-step verification as an added security layer. Once enabled, every new login requires a verification code in addition to your password. This is highly recommended especially if you use a public device or share a Wi-Fi network. To enable it, go to your account security settings or contact our support for step-by-step guidance.

RTP stands for Return to Player — a percentage that indicates how much money is expected to be returned to players over the long term. For example, an RTP of 96% means that theoretically RM96 is returned for every RM100 wagered. This figure is a long-term statistical average, not a guarantee of winnings for any single session. At 1918kiss, a wide range of slots from providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and JILI come with competitive RTP rates.

Volatility describes the payout pattern of a slot. High volatility slots pay out less frequently but in larger amounts when they do — suited for patient players who are comfortable playing with a sufficient balance. Low volatility slots pay out more often but in smaller amounts — more consistent for players who want to play longer with a limited balance. Choose based on your playing style and budget.

A progressive jackpot grows continuously — a small portion of every bet placed by all players is pooled into the same prize pool. The jackpot total keeps rising until one lucky player wins it, then the pool resets to a starting value. At 1918kiss, several games from JILI such as Jackpot Fishing and Ocean King Jackpot offer this type of jackpot.

Yes, demo or free play mode is available for most slots at 1918kiss. This mode lets you understand the game mechanics, bonus features and payout patterns without risking real money. It is especially useful for new players who want to get comfortable with a particular game before playing seriously. Check the game details to see whether demo mode is available.

Free spins are complimentary rounds that let you spin without deducting from your balance. They are usually triggered when Scatter symbols appear in a certain number on the reels within a single spin. During free spins, many games apply win multipliers or additional features such as expanding symbols. This feature is among the most popular with slot players at 1918kiss.

All slot games at 1918kiss from providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Spribe use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by independent third parties. The RNG ensures that every spin is completely random and free from any external influence. This means the outcome of every spin is fair and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.
